Thank you for shopping at DriverAroma. Due to the custom nature of our products, we handle returns and refunds in the following manner:

1. No Returns on Customized Products

All products from are custom-made based on your specifications and confirmations. As a result, we do not accept returns. Please ensure that you double-check all customizations and confirmations before finalizing your order.

2. Refunds

Given the custom nature of our products, we do not provide refunds once the order is confirmed and the production process has started. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, we are committed to addressing it.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or different from the customization you approved, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

4. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not started, we may be able to accommodate the cancellation. Once production has started, we will not be able to cancel the order or offer a refund.
