1. No Returns on Customized Products
All products on www.driveraroma.com are custom-made based on your specifications and approvals. As a result, we do not accept returns. Please ensure all customizations and confirmations are accurate before finalizing your order.
2. Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are not available once the order is confirmed and the production process has begun. However, if there is a defect or error on our part, we are committed to resolving the issue.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or does not match the approved customization, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and, at our discretion, may offer:
- A replacement, or
- A refund.
We are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and will work to resolve any genuine issues.
4. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Before Production: If production has not started, we may accommodate the cancellation.
- After Production: Once production has started, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
